        - Now issues NoCeMs as well as cancels, with lots of options
          included to support this.

        - Directory mode - can put articles into a separate directory and 
          parse them individually.
        
        - Added 'pmapp/pmcheck' compatibility scripts, based on input from
          RRAM moderation team.

	- Using per-user files for configuration, so that the script can
	  run from multiple users and to make it slightly tricky (but
	  still logical) to set up.  
	
 	- Getting ready for an actual v1.0 release.
	
	- Now using News::Article::Cancel instead of News::Cancel.
