Doomsday - 2.5 stars

I don't really know what I was expecting going into Doomsday. The trailers implied ludicrous zombie mayhem; this was enough to get me there. But there were no zombies; instead, there was more ludicrousness than I expected. And, well, that was fun.

The acting was irrelevant. The explosions were pretty and unnecessary. The sub-plots didn't connect at all. I'm not sure that there was more plot than plot holes. None of that really mattered.
